Geoff Gregson is the JR Shaw Chair in New Venture and Entrepreneurship at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Canada and a visiting Professor at EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain. Geoff is also a visiting lecturer with the Institute for The Study of Science , Technology and Innovation (ISSTI) at the University of Edinburgh. He has earned a PhD in Management, LLM in Intellectual Property Law and MSc in Social Science Research from the University of Edinburgh, and MBA from the University of Calgary and BPE from the University of Alberta.
Mr. Loh has extensive experience in the areas of private equity, investments, and corporate restructuring. In 2006, Mr. Loh was engaged by Aureos Capital, London, to establish the Aureos Malaysia Fund (AMF) and Aureos Brunei Fund. Aureos entered into a joint venture with Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad (CGC), a subsidiary of the Central Bank of Malaysia to establish AMF in 2007 with an initial fund size of USD25 Mn. Aureos Brunei Fund was established in 2008 with fund size of USD25 Mn. Aureos Capital was founded in 2001 as a joint venture between CDC Group plc and Norfund, both emerging market specialists. Aureos managed 21 funds with over 150 institutional investors. Before its acquisition by Abraaj Capital of UAE in 2012, Aureos had completed over 270 transactions in over 50 countries.

Sanka is a Senior Software professional with over 16 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Software Development and Project Management. He has gained experience in handling mid to large scale IT projects in India, Indonesia, Maldive Islands, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Africa and across diverse organizations in areas of Web/E-Commerce, Telecommunication, Pay TV Billing and Subscriber Management.

Dilshan has held senior management roles across several industries in three continents over the past 25 years. Organisations that he has worked at include Deloitte and Touche, Mitsubishi Motors and Hy-veld Holdings (Sothern Africa), emprise IT (New Zealand) and Dinota Information Technologies. He has experience working in challenging environments including startup ventures and his competencies include the ability to effectively direct value proposition development, pricing, and product definitions for new partnerships in line with the overall strategic intent of organizations.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from UWS, Australia and Dilshan’s specialist area of research for his Doctoral degree at AIT in Thailand has been on ‘Valuation’ and ‘transformation/differentiation’ of Intangible Assets including Intellectual Property management and the Knowledge Transfer Process therein.
